Temple church, Inner Temple

Francis Jermy, second son of Francis Jermy of Gunton (Admitted 8 February 1649/50; Called 8 May 1657) was buried in the western aisle of the church on the 9 October 1668. The various restorations and bomb damage has caused this and a number of other memorials in the church to be lost.

The inscription on the ledger slab was a curious mixture of capital and small letters, with even the surname being spelt differently on it.
