St Peter, Stutton (Grid Ref: TM 162 345)
Most of the church is 500 years old, a Norman window being the only survival
of the earlier church. The early 15th century tower is built of flints and Bath stone dressings. The nave has some fine old pine pews with carved
poppyheads and heraldic shields, and two 17th century monuments with figures of
three generations of the Jermy family.
